Ragi.design primarily provides digital deliverables — brand identity files, guideline documents, design system libraries, website builds, packaging artwork, presentation decks and video assets. Physical items such as printed samples, prototypes or dielines are delivered only when explicitly scoped and quoted.
Digital deliverables are transferred via:
- Password-protected download links from our project workspace
- Direct file transfer to a client-nominated cloud storage account (Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint)
- Version-controlled repositories for engineering handovers (GitHub / Bitbucket) where applicable
Every handover includes a written index listing every file and its purpose.
Timelines are agreed upfront in each proposal. Indicative durations:
- Strategy engagement: 2 – 4 weeks
- Brand identity: 6 – 10 weeks
- Full brand system (identity + digital + packaging): 12 – 20 weeks
- Website design and build: 6 – 14 weeks depending on scope
- Presentation, deck or collateral: 1 – 3 weeks
Delivery clocks pause when we are awaiting client feedback, approvals or third-party inputs.
There is no shipping charge for digital deliverables. Physical shipments (if scoped) are billed at cost and shared with a tracking reference.
Digital deliverables are delivered globally without additional shipping charges, taxes or customs. Physical shipments outside India are handled through DHL, FedEx or Blue Dart International; duties, taxes and clearance charges at the destination are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Standard delivery formats:
- Identity: SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PNG (in colour, mono and knockout variants)
- Guidelines: PDF (print-ready) and Figma or Notion (live document)
- Digital: Figma files, exported assets, and where in scope, engineered code repositories
- Packaging: Illustrator / PDF artwork with print marks, ICC profiles and dielines
- Motion / video: ProRes / H.264 masters plus a compressed web version
Every handover is confirmed by email including the delivery date, list of files, formats and any usage notes. Clients are asked to acknowledge receipt within seven days; after that period, the delivery is deemed accepted.
Minor corrections related to the delivered scope are covered for thirty (30) days after handover at no extra cost. Substantive new work, additional formats or expanded scope is quoted separately.
Intellectual property in delivered final work transfers to the client upon full payment. Working files, drafts and unused concepts remain with Ragi Media Pvt Ltd. Third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins) are licensed to the client under the terms of the respective vendor licences.
