You may cancel an engagement at any time by written notice (email is sufficient). Fees for work already completed remain payable; unstarted milestones may be refunded per our Refund Policy. Where possible, we will hand over usable interim deliverables in editable formats.
Monthly retainers require fifteen (15) days written notice of cancellation. The retainer terminates at the end of the current billing cycle. There is no early-termination penalty.
You may pause an active engagement for up to sixty (60) days without penalty by written notice. Beyond sixty days, we may need to re-scope timelines and update the fee if team members originally assigned to the project are no longer available.
We may cancel or decline to continue an engagement where: (a) required inputs, approvals or payments are not received after two written reminders; (b) a conflict of interest emerges; (c) the working relationship is no longer productive; or (d) the scope has materially changed without agreement. In each case, we will refund any prepaid amount pro-rata and hand over usable interim work.
Ownership of any final delivered work transfers to the client only upon full payment. Interim files, working files, drafts and unused concepts remain the property of Ragi Media Pvt Ltd until otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party licences or purchases already made on your behalf — fonts, stock, photography, printing, hosting, domain, plugins — are non-cancellable and remain payable.

We acknowledge within one business day and confirm all next steps in writing.
