Consent Conditions
What you agree to when paying.

By making a payment on ragi.design, submitting an enquiry form, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Payment Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, and that you consent to their application to your transaction.

You authorise Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd, on our behalf, to charge the payment method you select for the amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and any fees clearly disclosed to you before payment. You confirm that the payment method you use is legitimately yours, or that you are duly authorised to use it.

You consent to Ragi Media Pvt Ltd processing the following personal data for the purposes stated:

• Name, email, phone number and company — to respond to enquiries and manage engagements
• Billing address, GSTIN or tax identifier — to issue compliant invoices
• Payment metadata (transaction id, method, amount) — to reconcile and audit payments
• Project inputs and feedback shared during the engagement — to deliver the work

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that would produce legal or similarly significant effects.

You consent to receiving transactional communications from us relating to your enquiry, quotation, invoices, project updates, delivery confirmations and support responses. Transactional communication cannot be opted out of while an active engagement or open invoice exists.

Marketing communications — such as our design newsletter or occasional case-study announcements — are sent only if you opt in explicitly (e.g. by subscribing on our website). You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link on every marketing email, or by writing to hello@ragi.design.

Unless a written non-disclosure clause is agreed at the outset of an engagement, you consent to Ragi.design referencing the delivered work in its public portfolio, case studies, awards submissions and marketing communications. We will always respect any confidentiality arrangement in place and will give reasonable notice before publishing.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@ragimedia.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Where withdrawal makes it impossible to continue delivering an active engagement, we will discuss the implications with you before acting.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Right of Access)
• Correct inaccurate data (Right to Rectification)
• Request erasure of data (Right to Erasure / “Right to be Forgotten” — GDPR / DPDP)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent (as described above)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
